Our vigorous vetting procedure ensures that our candidates are fully qualified and compliant. Our procedure includes information gathering of the following:

• In date Passport & Visa if applicable
• Completed registration form stating full name as shown on GMC certificate
• Appraisal Details – Full name of appraiser, Trust & GMC number of appraiser
• Completed occupational health questionnaire
• Certificate of Fitness – Exposure Prone Procedure clearance for A&E locums
• Serology reports covering the following; Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Can be self-declared), TB, Hep B Ab(Over 100 to be immune), Hep B Ag (Identified Validated Sample), Hep C (Identified Validated Sample), and HIV (Identified Validated Sample)
• Certificates of Professional Qualifications
• Original GMC Certificate (First certificate received when registered – GMC will not produce a copy of this certificate so an email stating the Dr no longer has certificate will suffice)
• Annual GMC – Fax back from GMC
• Life Support – Preferably Advanced or Trauma
• 2 written references – Current position and previous (Yearly and must be addressed to Adgena)
• Up to date CV with all gaps over 3 months explained
• CRB (Yearly)
• 2 passport style photographs – ID Badge
• Online Training – Health & Safety, Infection Controletc
• Face to Face Interview
